How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the United States is typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Flat $6.95 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused product in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.
How do I choose the right resistance band?
Our 5-piece band set spans light to heavy so you can progress across exercises — most people start with the medium band for pulls and the light band for mobility.
How do I care for my apparel?
Wash cold and hang dry to protect the compression fibres and printed detail. Avoid fabric softener, which coats moisture-wicking fabric.
Do the recovery tools need charging?
The massage gun and vibrating roller are rechargeable via USB-C and hold a charge for several sessions. Manual tools like foam rollers and stretch straps need nothing.
