Our story

Performance Goodies is an athletic gear shop built around one simple idea: athletes should be able to buy gear that holds up to the way they actually train.

Why we started

We spent years buying equipment that looked right in a product photo and failed in the gym. Resistance bands that snapped mid-set. Socks that bunched inside the shoe. Bottles that leaked all over the bag. Every training block the same wasted money.

So we started keeping a list — the things that actually lasted. That list became this shop.

How we choose products

Nothing goes in the catalog because a supplier offered us a margin. Everything here has been used through a full training block. If it does not survive that, it does not get listed. We would rather carry fifty things we trust than four hundred we do not.

Who we serve

Lifters, runners, everyday gym-goers, coaches kitting out a facility, and parents buying for a kid who just got serious about their sport. If you train, we built this for you.

We ship across the United States from our own packing facility. Orders leave within one to two business days, flat $6.95 shipping, free over $75.
